Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Mo Hasan, who operates Misbah Al-Ilm as an individual. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

Misbah Al-Ilm gives you access to an AI tutor. The tutor is a Gemini Gem, which runs on Google's Gemini service rather than on this site — so a Google account is required, and Google's own terms apply to your use of Gemini itself.

What this service does is decide who gets access to that tutor, and grant or remove it as your subscription changes.

If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and any payment made on it.

Every new account starts with a free trial of 30 days. No payment is asked for during it and nothing is charged automatically at the end — the trial simply stops.

To continue, you transfer the price shown on the site using the mobile wallet and account details given at checkout, then upload the confirmation. There is no card payment and no automatic renewal: each period is paid deliberately, by you.

Access begins when the payment is verified, and runs for one month from that point.

Uploaded receipts are checked automatically for the correct amount and recipient, for a date that is not stale, and for reuse of a receipt or reference number already submitted. A receipt may also be reviewed by a person.

Payments that pass every check may be approved automatically. Refusals are always made by a person.

Submitting a receipt for a payment you did not make, or reusing one, ends your access without a refund.

Your account is for you. Access to the tutor is tied to the Google address you sign in with, so sharing it means sharing your Google account, which we would strongly advise against.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

The tutor is an AI. It can be confidently wrong, and it is not a teacher, a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial adviser. Check anything that matters against a real source, and do not rely on it alone for exam preparation, medical, legal or financial decisions.

Whether using it is permitted in your schoolwork is a question for your school, not for us.

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available. It depends on Google's Gemini service, which is outside our control and can change or stop without our involvement.

If the tutor becomes unavailable for a long stretch of a period you paid for, write to us and we will sort it out fairly.

You may stop at any time. There is nothing to cancel: no payment recurs, so access simply ends when the period you paid for does.

We may suspend or end an account that submits fraudulent receipts, shares access, or tries to attack or abuse the service. Where the reason is not fraud, we will refund the unused part of the period.

You may rate the manager who handled your payment. Anything you write may be shown on the front page only if you asked for that and an administrator approved it, with your first name and last initial. You can withdraw it at any time.

Write about your own experience. Ratings that are abusive, or that identify other people, will not be published.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost marks or opportunities, or anything arising from relying on the tutor's answers.

Nothing here limits responsibility for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms were last updated on 2026-08-22. If they change materially, the date changes and the new version applies to periods paid for after it. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, and disputes fall to the competent Iraqi courts. Write to support@misbahalilm.com first — most things are settled that way.
