Refund Policy

Every account gets 30 days free, with no payment details asked for. Nobody pays for Misbah Al-Ilm without having used it first, which is worth knowing before you read the rest of this page.

You can have a full refund within 7 days of a payment, as long as you have not opened the tutor since that payment.

This covers the cases that actually happen: paying twice by mistake, paying for the wrong account, or changing your mind before starting.

The site records each time the tutor is opened. Whether you opened it after paying is therefore a fact we can look up, not something to argue about — and it is the only condition beyond the date.

Opening the tutor once, briefly, still counts as using what you paid for. The free trial is there so that trying it costs nothing.

Write to support@misbahalilm.com from the email address on your account, and say which payment you mean. You do not need to give a reason.

We will reply within 7 days, and send the money back within 14 days of agreeing to it.

Refunds are sent to the same mobile wallet account the payment came from. We cannot send one to a different account, since the receipt is the only proof of who paid.

Any transfer fee charged by the wallet provider is not something we receive, and cannot be refunded by us.

Payments older than 7 days, periods in which the tutor was opened, and accounts ended for fraudulent receipts or shared access.

If the service is unavailable for a long stretch of a period you paid for, that is not covered by this page — write to us and we will deal with it fairly, whatever the date says.

If you were charged twice, or paid and never got access, that is not a refund question and this window does not apply. Write to us and we will fix it.
